Auxiliary Engine Services
Routine and corrective maintenance for auxiliary engines, including hoisting and mooring winches and associated deck machinery. Work is carried out onboard to keep port time to a minimum.
Turbocharger Services
We overhaul, repair, and dynamically balance turbochargers across all major manufacturers. Reconditioned units are available as an alternative to new supply — fully tested, with a minimum six-month performance guarantee.

Shaftline & In-Situ Machining
Precision work carried out onboard — no drydock required where the job allows. Melbridge uses laser alignment equipment for shaftline work, keeping tolerances within spec and documentation clean for class.

Heat Exchanger Systems
We supply new plate and brazed heat exchangers, replacement plates, and fully reconditioned framed units. Reconditioned exchangers are tested on the bench, certified by classification society, and carry a six-month performance guarantee.
Seal selection is matched to operating conditions:

Compressed Air Plants
New and reconditioned compressed air plants supplied to customer specifications. All reconditioned units are tested prior to delivery with a minimum six-month guarantee.
